Scope and contact
This notice covers zigzagotterbazar.bond, published under the name Zigzag Otter Bazar. For questions about this notice or information you have shared with the site, email [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject.
The local message tool
The contact tool processes your selected travel stage and message in your browser. Its Preview function displays plain text. Copy writes that text to your clipboard only when requested; Download creates a text file on your device. The tool does not send the message to a server, use a form-processing service or intentionally store a draft in localStorage or cookies.
Your browser, operating system, clipboard manager or cloud-synchronised downloads may retain information independently of this website. Closing the page is not a way to erase downloaded files or clipboard history. Remove those copies using your device’s controls when appropriate.
If you send an email
When you choose to email us, the address, message and any information you include are transmitted through email providers. We use correspondence to consider your question, respond where appropriate, review corrections and address privacy or legal requests. Do not send sensitive travel documents or information that is unnecessary for the issue.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, ordinary correspondence and necessary site-security work may be handled for legitimate interests in operating the publication and responding to enquiries. Information may also be retained where needed to comply with a legal obligation. Optional processing that legally requires consent should only take place after that consent.
Technical requests and service providers
Loading a web page necessarily sends technical information to the infrastructure delivering it, such as an IP address, requested file, request time and browser information. Hosting providers may process security or access logs. The page code does not itself collect analytics, create advertising profiles or include third-party tracking scripts.
Hosting and email services may process information to deliver their services, protect systems and meet legal obligations. Their processing locations and practices depend on the providers in use. Contact us if you need information about a particular request or the services handling correspondence before sharing personal information.
Storage and retention
We aim to keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to address the enquiry, maintain necessary editorial records or satisfy legal obligations. Exact retention can depend on the issue and the underlying service. This notice does not promise immediate deletion from provider backups or logs. We do not sell the contents of your messages.
For browser storage and any separately supplied consent controls, see the Cookies notice. This site’s editorial script does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
External links
Official sources and other external websites have their own privacy practices. Following a link leaves this site and may disclose normal request information to the destination. We do not control those websites. Images, scripts and styles referenced by these pages are served as local site assets rather than embedded social-media or video services.
Your choices and rights
You can read without submitting information and can contact us with a minimal description of your concern. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Send requests to the email above and describe the information involved. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting personal information. Please do not send identification documents unless a necessary, appropriate process has been agreed.
Changes
This notice may be revised if the site’s functions or services change. Material new processing should be explained here before it is introduced. Check the current notice when deciding whether to share information.
